How to Start Bidding

Bidding on SportsBidding is very easy! Just follow these simple steps to get started:

Register. If you would like to participate in our auctions and experience amazing deals, you will need to register first. Registration is free and easy. After you register, you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure to click the link in this email to confirm the set-up of your account.

Buy Bids. Bids range from .55 cents to $1.00 depending on the Bid Package you purchase. Packages come in 20, 50, 100, 500, and 1000 Bids. SportsBidding accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for payment. Your bids are stored in your Password Protected Bid Account.

Choose Products. We have amazing deals every day at SportsBidding! Auctions will consist of Brand Name Golf and Electronic items along with Major Retail Gift Cards. TaylorMade, Ping Callaway and Nike along with iPhones, iPads and MacBooks are just a few of the brands and items you can purchase.

Click It to Win It! Click on the 'Bid' button to participate in an auction. Each time you place a bid, SportsBidding will deduct one bid from your Bid Account and 10, 15, or 20 seconds will be added to the auction time clock. We add time to allow for other customers to place their bid. When the auction clock reaches Zero and you placed the last bid, YOU WIN! If you need to leave your computer and would like to continue bidding, just have the Bid Caddy do your bidding for you.

How Does SportsBidding Work?

It's Awesome! SportsBidding is not your typical online shop. We bring the excitement of the online auction experience together with saving an incredible amount of money on name brand golf and electronics. Just in case you do not win an auction we have a Pro Shop for you to use your Bid Credits in. Coming soon in 2011 will be our monthly Hole in One drawing held live online.

Bids are available in Bid Packages of 20, 50,100 500 and 1000 bids. The Larger the bid Packet the less the per bid cost. These bids are pre-paid and placed in your Bid Account. Each time a member places a bid, one bid is deducted from their Bid Account and a maximum of 20 seconds is added to the timer. This allows our customers time to place a bid if they are interested in an auction. This represents the "Going Once...Going Twice...SOLD" approach of auctions.

If you are the current bidder when the Auction Clock reaches zero, you win! At that point you simple click the check-out button, pay the ending auction price plus shipping and within about 10 days the item will arrive at your doorstep via UPS, FedEx or the USPS.

If another member outbids you during an auction, your bids are banked into your Pro Shop account. There will be items in the Pro Shop you can then purchase with your Pro Shop credits. It is that simple.

For Example: Let's say you make 50 bids trying to win a set of Callaway X-24 Irons, but another member outbids you. Your 50 bids are now worth the value of the original price of those bids. That amount is placed in your Pro Shop account. When you go to the Pro Shop you will find a number of items that you can apply your credits toward. Each item has a credit cost. You select it, add it to your shopping cart, pay the shipping cost, check out and we ship it to you. It is that simple. Credits will be accumulated in your account after each auction.

ProShop: To qualify for the Pro Shop a member must have participated in, and lost, an auction. The Pro Shop is a Members only online shopping mall that allows bid qualified members the right to exchange qualified bids for products within the Pro Shop mall. Each Pro Shop credit has a par value equal to the amount spent on that particular qualified bid.

Example 1: If a member purchases a 20 for 20 bid packet and participate in an auction which you do not win, but have used all of your bids, then your Pro Shop Account will be credited in the amount of $20. Winning bids are not deposited into the members Pro Shop Account.

Example 2: If a member purchases a 1000 bid package at $.55 per bid and loses an auction having spent 100 bids; their Pro Shop Account will be credited with $55. Winning bids are not deposited into the members Pro Shop Account.

With the Pro Shop feature there is no risk in participating in SportsBidding Auctions.

But that is not all!! Every month, starting in 2011, SportsBidding will hold a drawing where your name is automatically placed in the drawing. At the end of the month we have a half hour TV broadcast from the SportsBidding studios. 10 prizes are given out to our drawing participants. And these prizes range from Five Star Vacations to all sorts of equipment. Plus you get to watch an entertaining SportsBidding TV show with a number of fun interviews and specials.

What is a Beginner Auction? SportsBidding created Beginner Auctions to offer our new users the opportunity to get their first win while becoming comfortable with the Auction bidding process. Once a member has won a Beginner Auction, they will no longer be eligible to participate in Beginner Auctions.

How Much Do Bids Cost? Bid Packages range from just $0.55 to $1.00, depending on the size of the Bid Package you purchase. Bid Packages come in of 20, 50, 100, 500, and 1000 bids. SportsBidding accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

How About My Friends? Go tell all your friends about SportsBidding and you will receive 5 free bids for each new member you refer to our site They must purchase a Bid Package for you to receive your free bids. Make sure to use the "Refer a Friend" link in the My Golf Bids Now section.

Can Everyone Be a Winner? Yes! If you don't win an auction, you will never go away empty handed. Any time you have placed bids during an auction and did not win, those bids are then deposited into your Pro Shop account. You can then purchase items with your Pro Shop credits.

Are Products Brand New? All products on our site are brand name, brand new, and factory sealed! Additionally, all items come with the manufacturer's warranty.
