Contest Rules and Terms
1. GENERAL: The SportsBidding® Hole-In-One Monthly Drawing Contest (the “Contest”) is hereby governed by these official contest rules (the “Rules”). By entering the Contest, you agree to adhere to the Rules contained herein and accept that the Rules shall govern every aspect of the contest. You also agree that the personal information collected from you in connection with this contest may be shared with the Contest sponsors (“SportsBidding”) in accordance with the website's terms and conditions and privacy policy, respectively available at Terms and Privacy which are incorporated into the Rules by reference.
2. CONTEST DESCRIPTION: The Contest is composed of a series of monthly contests and will be facilitated by www.SportsBidding.com, SportsBidding Inc, and SportsBidding (collectively “SportsBidding”). During the designated contest period SportsBidding will announce a monthly promo code which, when provided to SportsBidding by an eligible individual in accordance with terms prescribed below, will enter the eligible individual into a monthly draw for the retail items which will be revealed by SportsBidding TV each month for the duration of the promotion. For the purposes of clarity, each month a new promo code will be announced and eligible individuals can enter the contest every month for the duration of the promotion by entering the monthly promo code with SportsBidding. Without limitation, the timeline for the contest and release of promo codes is not guaranteed and is at all times subject to availability.
3. ELIGIBILITY: There is no purchase or payment of any kind necessary to enter into or win in connection with this contest. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the provinces of Canada with the exception of Quebec. Without limitation, this contest is VOID where prohibited by state, provincial, federal or municipal law. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age in order to enter into this Contest. Without limitation the following individuals are not eligible to enter, win or otherwise participate in this contest: employees, contractors, directors, officers or suppliers of www.SportsBidding.com (SportsBidding®), SportsBidding Inc, the Leaderboard, the Davies Properties, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and suppliers and the immediate family members of any individuals named above. In the event that you are declared the winner of a contest drawing, you agree to undergo a background check to confirm your suitability to represent SportsBidding in a public form. This shall include but not be limited to providing SportsBidding with any and all pertinent information requested by SportsBidding to satisfy themselves of your suitability for attending the events associated with the contest.
4. CONTEST PERIOD: The contest is scheduled to run from February 15, 2012 through to the end of February 2013 (the “Contest Period”) during this period there will be monthly contests that are isolated from each other and require separate entry. Every successful entry will automatically enter the individual into the contest which will occur around the end of the following month.
5. ENTRY: There are two separate forms for entry. Your proper form for entering into the contest will be determined by your status with www.SportsBidding.com. For existing account holders you will have to enter the monthly promo code via the contest page found under www.SportsBidding.com/contests. Where you do not have an existing account at www.SportsBidding.com you can enter the contest by entering the monthly promo code into the designated field on the Register page found at Register. Please note that because this Contest is made up of individual contests that occur monthly you will have to enter the unique monthly promo code for each individual contest if you wish to enter into each contest. For new registrants, once you have entered one of the monthly contests you will then be a registered account holder at www.SportsBidding.com and will have to enter subsequent contests through the www.SportsBidding.com/contests, as is described above. In addition, in order to enter each monthly contest you must register and enter the unique monthly promo code prior to the expiration period for that month. The promo codes will be announced on SportsBidding every third Wednesday and you will have until 11:59pm on Tuesday of the following month to properly enter the unique monthly promo code and be entered into the draw for that month. You may only enter each monthly draw once and every successful monthly draw entry automatically enters you into the draw for any of the drawings which will be held at the close of the contest period.
6. PRIZES: The prizes for the monthly draws will be composed of retail items that are normally for sale on www.SportsBidding.com, and the specific prizes will be announced every month on SportsBidding.com. There will be a minimum of 5 prizes and a maximum of 10 prizes given per contest period which will be held at the close of the contest period.
7. ALLOCATION OF PRIZES: In order to ensure fairness and objectivity SportsBidding will use www.random.org to determine the contest winners. www.random.org is a well known and trusted third party software that allows businesses and organizations to use their services to make random determinations of this nature. Winners will be notified by phone or by email to the email address provided upon entry. In addition, only entrants who supply all required information will be eligible to compete in the contest.
8. ANNOUNCING WINNERS: Winners for all contests associated with this Contest will be announced every second Wednesday on SportsBidding.com and will be published at Winners.
9. CONDITIONS: You acknowledge that there is no purchase necessary to participate in this contest and absolve SportsBidding, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, lawyers, directors, suppliers and partners from any responsibility related to any condition caused by events beyond SportsBidding’s control that may have an adverse impact, of any kind, without limitation, on the Contest or any of the participants. This shall include, but is not limited to any misdirected or delayed email or electronic communication, telephone communications, hardware, software or third party supplier difficulties or malfunctions. You further absolve SportsBidding of any responsibility or liability that may occur in connection with any aspect of the Contest.
10. PUBLIC PROMOTION
You acknowledge that this Contest is for promotional purposes and by entering into the Contest you agree to allow SportsBidding to utilize your winning or participation in the contest in any promotional material, including but not limited to print, radio, television and internet. You further agree to provide SportsBidding with a photograph of you with your prize upon receipt for the same promotional purposes and release them from using your image and likeness for the same. In addition to the foregoing, without limitation, where you are the winner of any contest, you agree to fully cooperate in all promotional requirements of SportsBidding, including but not limited to filming the entirety of the experience associated with any prize given. For the purposes of clarity, you fully agree to film with equipment provided by SportsBidding the entire experience. You further agree to communicate with SportsBidding or agents thereof during this experience.
